If Spencer had a girlfriend with a lil ditsy, air-headed personality, I think it would go something like this:

• He’d always take his time explaining games such as Chess to her, especially if he saw she was interested. It would take some time for her to get into the game’s strategy, but he could play with her for hours without feeling bored even though they played at a slower pace.
• He’d get her a few notebooks. One for her room, car, and work, so she could write down whatever was on her mind in the moment before she forgot. She’d always complain to him how she had these great thoughts but would forget, so he wanted to help her out, so she would be able to tell him her great ideas.
• Whenever she introduced him to her friends or family, she always described his job as taking down bad guys with his brain power. One time he asked why she didn’t just say behavioural science and she said that would require her to explain what that is and she wouldn’t have a clue where to start.
• Even though she wasn’t naturally good at traditionally educational material, he’d find her eye for detail in her work admirable. It was as if she was made for that specific job. Sometimes he’d think he could never do her job as well as she does.
• When they would watch science fiction movies, she would inquire about everything with no shame in pausing the movie to try to comprehend and understand what Spencer was explaining. To him, it felt like giving a fun lecture.

On the highest of keys, I think Spencer’s the jealous type, but he won’t make it uncomfortably obvious. I feel like he would want to be the only guy to see her nude/have sex with her. By no means would he stop her from doing her job, but I think he’d do little things to remind everyone on set that she’s a taken woman.
